I just got done walking on the treadmill for the first time since my surgery andit felt so good so I filmed some of it's for you guys so I will put the footage in here.
I only did five minutes on a treadmill today because my plan is to do as much as I can for longer periods every time I do it, so I did five minutes today then the next time I do it I'm gonna do 10 minutes and then 15 minutes and then 20 minutes and then 25 minutes and so on. So I am in my office right now doing some work so I'm about to head downstairs and make some lunch so let's do it. Even though Idid the treadmill this morning, I have more exercise to do because I have to go to physical therapy this afternoon and I thought I would take you guys along with me to show you what we do to get my body stronger and not only back to where I was before which I'm pretty much there but stronger than I was before. I have started Physical Therapy aboutI gotta say two weeks after my surgery and I've made a lot of progress and I’m so excited to show you guys, so I will see you guys there. As you can see the first machine that I am using in physical therapy is kind of like a squat machine and it is used to help me build muscle back into the lake that I had surgery on and the second machine is kind of like a bicycle and it is used to help me learn how to use my individual mussels, so that I can walk up stairs easier.
